The Will of Henry Collett (Ref. 6N1) of Petone, New Zealand

 

was made on 14th August 1894, one month prior to his death

 

and was proved on Friday 28th September 1894

 

 

 

 

 

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Henry Collett of Petone, Settler

 

I revoke all Wills by me and at any time heretofore made

 

I appoint my son Albert William Collett and my daughter Mary Jane Collett Executor and Executrix of this my Will

 

I devise my land on the western side of the Hutt Road being part section Number Four on the plan of the Hutt District with all buildings thereon to my said daughter Mary Jane absolutely and I bequeath to my said daughter all the personal estate of every description to which I shall be entitled at my death

 

I charge my land on the eastern side of the Hutt Road being part of the said section Number Four Hutt District with the payment in exoneration of my personal estate of my debts and funeral and testamentary expenses and subject to such charge I devise such last mentioned land to my said son Albert William absolute 

 

In witness whereof I have hereto signed my name this 14th day of August 1894
